Bavarian Breakfast (the kind you would need to work or play hard)

With lots of know-how and help, my 11 year old granddaughter helped me putting this together.

We didn’t get a bit of footage buttering the bread (generously if you use the kind we show here) or me piling the egg on top of the bread slices rather unceremoniously. You could use any bread of your liking, of course, but to get the original taste use the best rye you can find.
